Welcome to Gistjot, a place where art, design, and writing intersect.

Here, I capture the gist—the essence of a feeling or idea—and jot it down through a creative process. Gistjot is my way of sharing parts of my artistic journey, an exploration of communication in its many forms.

Over the years, I discovered I wasn't just a designer; I was a listener, a teacher, a collaborator, and a co-creator. My art is introspective and emotional, my writing is about sharing observations and insights, but the common thread is always connection.

Gistjot is also an introduction to my forthcoming book, The Nourishing Home, The Personal Language of Our Spaces.
